• The organizers have the right to cancel the event at any time without prior notice.
• Immoral conduct/ misbehaving with organizers/team members or participants is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking in the transport vehicle is strictly not allowed under any circumstances.
• Females should be given special respect and privacy privileges in all circumstances.
• A member needs to have prior permission before taking pictures of other members. (Especially females)
(If found guilty of taking pictures without consent the memory card will be confiscated permanently.)
• Local norms and traditions should be respected at all times.
• Members will be accountable for any garbage by them. Please show the sign of being an educated nation.
• Environmental care is a must. No garbage will be disposed of. Keep the wrappers and empty bottles with you and dispose of them properly.
• Arrival and Departure timings can be different from ones originally mentioned due to unforeseen circumstances and Safarka Travels will not be responsible for such delays.
• Every member must keep his/her CNIC.
• Members should report 30 mins before departure time.
• Members must behave ethically with his/her fellow group members, otherwise.
• Travel With Zahra (Company) can cancel his/her trip at any time.
• Travel With Zahra (Company) is not responsible for personal injuries and accidents.
• Travel With Zahra (Company) is not responsible for loss of any kind of valuable item.
• No refunds shall be made in case a member leaves the trip during the event.
• No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control including but not limited to rains, storms, and sliding, accident, flat tyre, engine failure or other vehicle Issues e.t.c.
• Travel With Zahra (Company) can cancel booking at any time.
• Travel With Zahra (Company) can change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Personal weapons/drugs are strictly prohibited.
• It's a long route tour. Please make sure you are an adventure lover while traveling.
• Travel With Zahra (Company) will not pay any jeep charges in case of Road Closed due to heavy snowfall or landslide

NOTE: Tour charges may be increased before or during tour in case of increment in fuel charges by Govt of Pakistan.
